Please read these terms carefully before using VECTIS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the VECTIS mobile application ("VECTIS," "the App," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of VECTIS, including freelancers, independent contractors, and solo business operators.

2. Description of Service

VECTIS is a business management application for freelancers and solopreneurs operating in the United States. The App provides:

3. Account Registration

To use VECTIS, you must:

You can create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Apple or Google. When using Apple or Google Sign-In, you authorize those services to share your name and email address with VECTIS to create and authenticate your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@vectiscrm.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

One account per business. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions.

4. Platform Fee & Payment Processing

Stripe Connect

VECTIS integrates with Stripe to enable you to accept credit and debit card payments from your clients. To use this feature:

Platform Fee

VECTIS charges a platform fee of 0.5% on each payment successfully processed through Stripe via the App. This applies to both online invoice payments and in-person payments collected via Quick Pay. This fee is:

Example: A $500 invoice paid by card → $2.50 VECTIS fee + Stripe fees → remainder deposited to your bank.

Other Payment Methods

VECTIS also lets you display your CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle information on invoices. VECTIS does not process, facilitate, or charge fees on transactions made through these platforms. Those transactions are solely between you and your clients under those platforms' terms.

5. Your Business Data

All data you enter into VECTIS (clients, jobs, invoices, estimates, expenses, photos, notes) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your business data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use VECTIS to:

7. Intellectual Property

VECTIS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RM Digital Enterprise LLC and protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Your business data, logos, and content remain your property. By uploading content (such as a business logo), you grant us a limited license to display it within the App solely to provide the service.

8. Notifications & Communications

VECTIS may send you:

You can control notification preferences within the app. We will not send marketing emails to your clients on your behalf.

9. Subscription & Pricing

Free Plan

VECTIS is available at no charge with the following monthly limits:

These limits reset at the start of each calendar month. Free plan users also incur the 0.5% platform fee on Stripe-processed payments.

VECTIS Pro

VECTIS Pro removes all monthly limits and provides unlimited access to all features. Pro is available at:

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those platforms' billing terms and refund policies. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store account settings.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

10. Disclaimers

VECTIS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

You use the App at your own risk. VECTIS is not responsible for any business decisions you make based on data in the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RM DIGITAL ENTERPRISE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using VECTIS and delete your account at any time. You can do this directly in the app by going to More → Delete Account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed. If you need assistance, contact support@vectiscrm.app.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Sections 5, 7, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RM Digital Enterprise LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of VECTIS shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of VECTIS after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
