Steps to Delete Your Account
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps directly within the VECTIS app:

Open the app and tap "More" In the bottom navigation bar, tap the More tab on the far right (the hamburger icon).

Scroll to the bottom of the More screen Scroll all the way down past your settings and account options.

Tap "Delete Account" You will find a red Delete Account button at the very bottom of the screen.

Confirm your password For security, you will be asked to enter your account password to confirm the deletion.

Account deleted Your account and all associated data — including clients, jobs, invoices, and estimates — will be permanently deleted.
Important: Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently erased and is not recoverable.
